RED VINE :
this is a climbing plant with red leaves in
fall, which grows in France. Its leaves are rich in tannins and vitamins
A, B1, B5, B6 and C. The properties of venous and capillary tonic of
the red wine are said to be very powerful. Both astringent and refreshing,
it ensuresthe protection of the venous net and the
improvement of its functioning. It decreases venous insufficiency
and the capillary skin weakness.

FRAGON
:
this is a small robust bush whose leaves are scale-shaped. Also named
"small holly", it grows in Europe, Asia, North Africa in the
woods and the fallow lands. The steroidal saponosides and rutosides (vitamin
P) that it contains have a vasoconstrictor, anti-inflammatory
and anti-oedema effect which is very useful in the treatment of
hemorrhoids and leg fatigue. All these properties explain why fragon improves
the venous lymphatic functioning and relieves venous problems of the upper
limbs.

HAZEL OR HAMAMELIS :
this is a Canadian bush which can be also found in
the east of the United-States, and nowadays, in Europe. The Indians of
North America used it as a decoction. Today, its leaves and bark are used
to cure tumours and hemorrhoids. Its prior characteristics : vasoconstrictor,
cicatrisation of skin lesions, venous tonics. It also regulates
blood circulation through the presence of tannins and flavonoides. It
also reduces the weakness of the small blood vessels and capillaries.

CHESTNUT :
it is the fruit of a slender tree coming from the heights of the Balkans
(the south of Europe). Introduced in France in the 17th century, it is
an ornamental tree that can be found in parks and gardens. It

prevents the formation of varicose veins or hemorrhoids. It is vasoconstrictor
