"On our web site, we present the characteristics of all the available products. The photographs do not belong to the contractual field. The responsibility of Phyto Forme cannot be committed if mistakes are raised. All the texts and pictures presented on our web site are reserved for royalties and intellectual property. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden."

Period of validity of the sale offers
"In case of an order of an unavailable product, the customer will be informed as quickly as possible by e-mail or by mail."

Product prices
"On this web site, all the prices are indicated in euros (inclusive of tax) but the carriage is not included. This latter appears on the screen at the end of the customer's selection of the different products.
Phyto Form is entitled to modify the prices at any rate but the products which are ordered have the same prices as those presented on the screen."

The modalities of delivery
"The delivery of the available products for France is about 6 days from :
The order in case of payment by cash card, the reception of the payment by Phyto Forme in case of payment by cheque. The buyer is responsible for the carriage problems. In case of problems, the buyer has to inform the post office about it."

"The customer has seven days from the day of delivery to return the product. The customer must take charge of the costs. The person will be then reimbursed when Phyto Forme receives the parcel. Nevertheless, all the products sent back which are incomplete, destroyed or dirty are not reimbursed."
